Bond offers a limited warranty against defects in workmanship for three years from the date of purchase.  Most of our tables last over 20 years with only minor repairs or reupholstery. Electrical products are not included.  Please contact our office for more details concerning this FAQ. 

Yes, based on availability, we offer free replacement exam tables within the Lower Mainland. However, we are usually able to install a new reupholstered table top on-site in about 20 minutes. As well, we can complete any minor repairs onsite,  reducing exam room downtime.

Yes, Corian® is a low-emitting surfacing material that contributes to sustainable design. To better answer this FAQ,  Corian® is GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certified® and also meets certification standards of GREENGUARD For Children & Schools(SM). Low-VOC is recognized as a key attribute of “green” building materials in the indoor environment. Indoor air quality has been shown to support productivity, satisfaction, and well-being in indoor spaces, such as healthcare, education, and other commercial spaces. Bond Industries offers an environmentally-friendly disinfectant spray, Benefact, or you can use a 10:1 solution of water and bleach. Using a mild detergent solution (10:1 water and dish washing soap) will also help extend the life of your upholstery.

Our standard laminate colours include solid white, grey, almond and black, plus a variety of wood grains, such as natural maple, honey oak, mahogany and espresso walnut. However, we can create just about any look you want, from brushed stainless steel to a high-gloss bird’s eye maple. Just ask to see our wide variety of laminate swatches and wood finishes. 

While most of our competitors offer only six or less upholstery colours, we offer hundreds of selections in a variety of medical anti-microbial grades. (See www.bondindustries.ca/content/upholstery-colours in our Design Centre for more information.) Research shows that comfortable and thoughtful design aesthetics increase patient comfort.

The weight capacity for examination tables is between 300-325 lb., with the exception of the pediatric examination table, which has a weight capacity of 100 lb. Treatment and procedures tables have a weight capacity of 450 lb.

If the drawers are on the patient’s right side when a patient is lying on an examination table, it is a right-handed table. If the drawers are on the patient’s left side, it is a left-handed table.

We also offer flexible table designs that allow for either a left- or right-hand set up, so you can position the exam table in any location.
